To support our constant endeavour to position Hong Kong as a world-class smart city and an international hub of innovation and technology, we are seeking qualified professionals to fill the following position(s):
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop a thorough understanding of ASTRI's capabilities and innovations to identify the pain points of industries in Mainland China and explore how ASTRI's capabilities that may lead to new projects that provide the solutions.
- Work closely with internal teams and external partners to develop and deliver innovative solutions based on ASTRI's research technologies.
- Acquire comprehensive knowledge of tech-related R&D projects to effectively communicate value propositions to potential clients.
- Build and nurture long-term partnerships with key clients through proactive communication and a deep understanding of their requirements.
- Leverage existing connections to develop and grow the client base in the targeted industries.
- Develop key accounts and enable R&D commercialization in Mainland China through strategic partnerships and initiatives.
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.
- Working Location: Shenzhen/Suzhou.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above with minimum of 10 years of work experience in sales/ account management/ business development in Mainland China. Engineering/ Science background will be a plus.
- A good understanding of technologies such as AI, Integrated Circuits, Digital Health, and Intelligent Manufacturing.
- Strong business acumen and a strategic mindset to identify business opportunities and with track record of building and growing customer bases and sales for large enterprises.
- An independent self-starter with a sales-oriented and meticulous personality, an aggressive working attitude and a strong desire to succeed.
- Ability to work independently and proactively.
- Good command of English and fluent Putonghua.
- Experience in working on or working with R&D projects preferred.
- Candidates with less experience will also be considered as Manager.

The appointment will be on renewable contract terms with a competitive salary and performance-linked variable pay. Fringe benefits include paid leave, medical, insurance coverage and contribution to MPF. The incumbent will normally work a five-day week.
