To support our constant endeavour to position Hong Kong as a world-class smart city and an international hub of innovation and technology, we are seeking qualified professionals to fill the following position(s):

Job Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy AI solutions focusing on automatic speech recognition (ASR), large language models (LLM), and multimodal AI systems.
• Conduct algorithm research on ASR-LLM integration, model quantization, and optimization for resource-constrained environments.
• Fine-tune and adapt foundation models (including Whisper, FunASR, Qwen-ASR, Qwen, Deepseek and other open-source models) for production applications.
• Build and optimize end-to-end ML/AI pipelines from experimentation to deployment and monitoring.
• Perform model evaluation and data benchmarking to enhance performance with high-quality datasets.
• Explore emerging technologies including AI agents and tool-calling architectures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable AI-powered solutions.
• Contribute to technical strategy and establish best practices for AI development.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or related STEM discipline.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Familiarity with model optimization techniques, MLOps practices, and deployment pipelines.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AliCloud, AWS, Azure, or GCP) is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to work effectively in teams.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese.
