To support our constant endeavour to position Hong Kong as a world-class smart city and an international hub of innovation and technology, we are seeking qualified professionals to fill the following position(s):
Job Responsibilities:
- IT Contract & Renewal Management
- Manage the full lifecycle of IT-related contracts, including review, renewal planning, and termination.
- Maintain a centralized contract register covering software licenses, hardware maintenance, cloud services, and managed services.
- Coordinate with internal IT teams and vendors to ensure contract terms, SLAs, and renewal timelines are properly tracked and complied with.
- Procurement (PR / PO) Management
- Coordinate and manage Purchase Requests (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO) by working closely with various IT teams.
- Liaise with Procurement and Finance to ensure procurement activities comply with internal policies and approval workflows.
- Track procurement status end-to-end, including budgeting alignment, delivery follow-up, and invoice reconciliation support.
- IT Financial Tracking & Reporting
- Track IT operational and project-related spending across hardware, software, services, and subscriptions.
- Prepare regular spending reports, forecasts, and variance analyses for IT management and senior stakeholders.
- Support annual budget planning, cost control initiatives, and audit-related financial reporting.
- IT Asset Management
- Manage and maintain an accurate inventory of IT assets, including hardware, software licenses, and assigned ownership.
- Track asset lifecycle from procurement to deployment, reassignment, and disposal.
- Work with IT teams to ensure asset records are audit-ready and aligned with security and compliance requirements.
- Project & Operational Coordination
- Act as a central coordination point for IT operational initiatives involving multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Support ad-hoc IT operational projects, process improvements, and management reporting as assigned.
- Maintain proper documentation and records for contracts, procurement, assets, and financial tracking.
- Bachelor’s Degree or above in Information Technology, Business Administration, Project Management, or related discipline with 6+ years of relevant experience
- Solid experience in IT operations, procurement, contract management, asset management, or financial tracking.
- Experience working with Procurement, Finance, and IT technical teams in a matrix organization.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills with high attention to detail.
- Good understanding of PR/PO processes, budget control, and vendor management.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua.
- PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
- Live with ASTRI values.
The appointment will be on renewable contract terms with a competitive salary and performance-linked variable pay. Fringe benefits include paid leave, medical, insurance coverage and contribution to MPF. The incumbent will normally work a five-day week.
