Job Responsibilities:
- Support the Team Head to carry out a full spectrum of corporate secretarial duties, including but not limited to, preparing and filing relevant forms for filing with the Companies Registry, drafting resolutions, and minutes taking, for the Company and its subsidiaries
- Assist in managing the team to perform corporate secretarial and administrative duties according to a demanding timeframe
- Organise Board and Committee meetings, prepare meeting agendas and papers, collate and review meeting materials, prepare accurate and good-quality meeting minutes
- Liaise with the relevant Government bureau and department, as well as the Board of Directors, to provide secretarial support
- Review and update internal policies, procedures, and manuals relating to governance and compliance, and streamline work processes for the team where appropriate
- Drive consistent and high-quality corporate secretarial support and documentation
- Perform any other duties as required
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Language Studies, Corporate Governance, or related disciplines
- A minimum of five years of experience in the administration of Board and / or Committee meetings
- Hands-on experience in dealing with the Government and / or regulatory bodies. Good knowledge of corporate governance requirements, statutory and regulatory requirements in compiling internal policies, procedures, and manuals relating to governance
- Company secretarial experience and qualified membership in the Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute would be a plus
- Strong language, organisational, planning, and administration skills, as well as a high degree of professional maturity
- Detail-oriented, committed to the highest ethical and professional standards, with unquestioned discretion in maintaining confidentiality
- Able to travel occasionally according to business needs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese, and Putonghua would be an added advantage
- Hands-on computer skills in MS Word, Excel, Chinese word processing, and e-mail

The appointment will be on renewable contract terms with a competitive salary and performance-linked variable pay. Fringe benefits include paid leave, medical, insurance coverage and contribution to MPF. The incumbent will normally work a five-day week.
