To support our constant endeavour to position Hong Kong as a world-class smart city and an international hub of innovation and technology, we are seeking qualified professionals to fill the following position(s):

 

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Perform financial due diligence work and risk assessment on industry partners
  • Support consolidation and analysis of financial and operational performance trends
  • Review project budgets and cash flow forecasts to ensure compliance with relevant guidelines
  • Review monthly project statements, perform variance and comparative analysis, and provide recommended actions
  • Assist in the billing process and the monitoring of accounts receivable, and follow-up on overdue items
  • Prepare reports and presentations to management summarizing findings, risks, and recommendations
  • Develop, implement, and maintain effective financial models to support project planning and cash flow forecasting
  • Conduct ad hoc analysis and undertake other additional duties as required

 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A recognized professional accounting qualification is an advantage
  • At least two years of solid experience in finance and/or accounting, preferably from a sizeable organization, Big 4 experience is an advantage
  • Candidates with less experience will also be considered
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and a critical thinking mindset
  • Self-starter with strong interpersonal and presentation skills, including written and oral communication skills
  • Highly proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • A good team player with a proactive, can-do attitude

The appointment will be on renewable contract terms with a competitive salary and performance-linked variable pay. Fringe benefits include paid leave, medical, insurance coverage and contribution to MPF. The incumbent will normally work a five-day week.
